Returns & Exchanges Policy
We believe in giving you the best online shopping experience, but we realize that we have limitations and there can be times where you might face issues with the orders you receive. Fear not! We have flexible returns and exchange policies!
You can always exchange or return items if they are defective or sent incorrectly. In order for us to facilitate you with this, please ensure that:
- Product is unused
- You have the original packing, including packing boxes, with you.
- You report the issue within 14 days of delivery.
Any returns will not be accepted unless authorized by email prior to the return. Once you report the issue with a reason for return/exchange, our team will get back to you with the next steps to process the return.
Please note items that have been used will not be accepted. Items which have any stains, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for exchange or return. In case the item is no longer in stock, we will refund instead. Items that are returned due to no fault ours will be subject to restocking and shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns and for the credit to appear on your credit card.
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply. Ztalia may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: The item is out of stock, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
