Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues. While we support to get the items delivered in such cases, we don’t have much control on carrier related delays. Though please note your order is our responsibility unless it reaches you.

 

Shipping Rates

At Ztalia.com, we provide free shipping on all of our products.

 

Shipment Locations

Ztalia.com ships to addresses only within the contagious U.S.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will usually be active within 24-48 hours. In case you don’t see any movement on your tracking after initial couple of days, then please contact us and our team will look into it.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Ztalia.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Though please note all our orders ship from within USA, so as long as your delivery address is within continuous US states, you are not going to be charge anything in duties or customs.

 

Damages

Ztalia.com takes full responsibility of your order until it reaches you. In case you receive an item damaged, please notify the delivery agent of the damage and take pictures of the damage. Accepting the merchandise after reporting the damage is better in case there is no visible damage to the product. Though if you see the product physically damaged, you can refuse delivery.

Once you are done with initial steps explained above, please report us the issue and our team will take it from there. Please don’t forget to save all packaging materials (even if they are damaged) and damaged goods before reporting the issue to us. We would not allow any returns if the original packing materials are not available for returning the item.
